Appointment Commitment
Your scheduled appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask that you respect our time and the time of other clients by keeping your appointment.Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time or missed without notice are non-refundable.
No Refund Policy
Payments made for appointments canceled 24 hours or less before the scheduled date and time are non-refundable.
This policy ensures we can manage our schedule effectively and fairly for all clients.
Rescheduling Policy
